While the prices are good for this location, there was very little information sent regarding where my actual space was located in a complex that has three different gates. Therefore it was difficult to find the space and the information regarding how to use the door code did not match what was on the keypad at the gates. I also tried to contact local customer support, but was unable to do so as the voicemail kept sending me back to the original beginning and never connected me to a human being. Very disappointing!

Very convenient, clean and easy access

Spare foot did a good job of helping me to find a place to store our RV but the actual storage company was not very helpful in terms of preparing me for the move-in or being available on move-in day

Good location, helpful staff. Be sure to get a unit that is climate- controlled as it is near the water. North building is the best choice.

I was able to get paper work done quickly but when I returned to find my space I could not find it. It was after hours and there was no one to help me. I was not given a map or any information other than the number and what building. But the storage spaces numbers are not consecutive. There were no carts to move items and the gate locks at 9pm with no way out. Worse experience I have ever had with a storage facility. It should have taken only 30 minutes it took hours to get done.

The on-line process was easy, and the staff is terrific!!

Lowest price I could find. Quick and easy to secure. Twice as big as my last space for less. Friendly helpful people. All the codes worked smooth unlike my last storage. I Wish I came here first.

I had an easy time booking ahead on line and good customer support service. The facility is clean and parking plentiful. There were hand carts available most of the time or after waiting about 10 mins.

Large clean facility at a convenient location. Amazing customer service for all your storage needs/concerns. The only negative is the keypad entry using the app rarely works.

Got the access code before move in but they didn't give me any direction or map of my storage locker, absolutely no way to find it. Just wait 1 hour until the staff came to work to get help. DON'T move in out of the office hours, will not get any help.

Most affordable in the area, extremely easy and quick to get started, very clean facilities from front door to storage unit. Love the extra security, even if you have to punch in your code several times.

The facility is very large. Had a hard time finding it, but once I did i was happy. Very clean, Very secure, the gentlemen at the front desk were very helpful. The only thing I can think to complain about is, they need to make some maps up for customers to take with them. Other then that everything was great.

This facility is brand new and very clean. The storage is climate controlled which is a plus. The office staff was helpful and explained the site, the locks, and unit sizes.

The 9 x 10 unit is more than enough room for my things, and moving in was easy.

Reserved a unti throught the website and decided to take a look at it before signing papers. Unit was clean and everything we expected (especially because it was on thr first floor). Signed the necessary papers which took less than 10 minutes and all done! Customer service was great and the entire process was quick and smooth.

They make you buy their lock that only works at their location and you have to return when you move out. There arenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t any lights inside the storage unit.

Clean and has carts to use in the facilities which is nice. The regional manager onsite was probably a little stressed that day that I had gone in to rent. He was pretty rude when I had some general and basic questions, especially for someone who has never rented a storage before in their life. He basically told me to go away and come back later because he couldn't help me, great start. I did not know what I was doing or how anything worked during the process, but I was happy when the other employee came back and was able to actually help me get a space rented and moved in less than 30 minutes later. I wish I did the whole process online before arriving though, it would have been much simpler.

Clean. New building. Hate that im all the way at the back of building and i have to walk soooo far from elevator even though i saw plenty of available units next to elevator but i guess they have their reasons.

Staff was helpful in letting us view this unit prior to renting and very accommodating in the process.

Easy to connect and move in, I am very happy to store my stuff here.

I reserved the 10x10 unit and had no issues moving my items into storage. The staff was friendly and helpful when I needed to change my gate code. There were available carts to help transport items at the ground floor. The elevator was spacious enough to accommodate the 10ft items I was storing. The ceiling of my units were some kind of metal mesh covering which I did not mind because it generated some airflow in the unit. You can see the ceiling of the whole building through the mesh. One thing that could improve this experience would be to add even a light bulb in the unit. The hallways are well-lit but the unit is dark inside. The ceiling of the building had no lights either. So if you get a unit from here, bring battery powered LED lights. It'll help a lot when moving and looking for items.

It is abusive that they force you to buy their insurance even when their website says I can use my own renter insurance. This needs to stop.

Storage unit was accessible and provided a dolly to move our stuff into storage.

It was great customer service and I was able to get a storage unit size I wanted.

We had a very easy time moving our stuff into a storage unit over the weekend. Super friendly people, and the site itself was clean and safe. The only thing I didn't like was being required to buy their lock for $20. If it must be that specific lock, why not just include it in the price? Or at least mention it in the pricing? Otherwise great place so far.

The staff is very nice the place is ok. I don't know the one I book is not the same as the one I saw a week ago for demo. There is some hidden cost which is not a lot but should know ahead of time. The hidden cost is Admin fee, lock fee, the rate only last 6 months.

PS employees are doing their best to accommodate every customer needs but of course they cannot please everybody. I feel bad when I read hostile reviews about them. Common! They just work there! My Veteran boyfriend and I shared 3 units at Burlingame PS. In just 2 months! So far we haven't experienced big deal issues. Thank you.

Lee Ho, the property manager, is wonderful. Always taking care of us. Also the renewed storage space is very secure.

Clean, safe, staff is amazing, good location

The latch of the storage unit has 2 holes for the locks which i think is secured enough. It should be optional instead of mandatory or becomes the Public Storage Company's policy that every customer has to buy the lock from them. It costs $20 each lock plus tax which doesn't make any sense to me since i'm paying extra for the insurance as well. Other storage places i went to DOES NOT REQUIRE their customers to buy the locks from them in order to rent the place. It's obvious they're making money from selling the locks in their own terms. Public Storage should rectify this so called Company's Policy Rule ASAP. I think it's a totally rip-off from their customers. Other than this, i think the storage price is fair, the place is clean, the facility is easily accessible, & the environment is secured.

Lee Ho deserve SIX STARS!! Exceptional managerial approach. As a handicap customer, she patiently helped me with showing the area and finding the best location for my convenience with the best price. She is also able to recommend a lot of packing materials i am not aware of and advices on how to pack them. I am absolutely impressed!

This place is wonderful! Going to get storage on weekend is a chore but when you come to this place, Lee makes it a fun experience. She has the best customer service, knowledgeable and gives you tips that are really helpful especially for first time storage renters like me. Its refreshing to see a person who enjoys their work and is always willing to help. I'm so glad we found this place! Thank you Lee!

I like the manager at the Burlingame location. She is the only reason I do not use Extra Storage. Lee ho! Otherwise, my new experience is good. Old one is terrible. Your older facility next to 1811 Adrian road is in horrible condition. Doors don't work, outer doors are busted, no one ever cared for the 6 years I was there. Tons of crime and theft. Lee Ho cared but she could not help me. Plus the price gouging!! I may downsize again at the end of my 1 year contract cause you guys just keep raising rents. Move to your competitors. I will not accept being rip-off again. If that's what it takes. I find Public Storage Corporate to be a bunch of non-caring capitalists. Cheers to you!

The store manager was extremely helpful and friendly. They gave me a unit that was exactly what I wanted. I had shopped in the area for prices and they were the best. I didn't anticipate the insurance for the unit. It is mandatory to have so fyi-renter beware on any unit. At this particular storage place, the 10x10 is shorter more 9x9. But I knew that. I liked the cleanliness and security. Well worth it. Go here if you are wanting a great customer oriented experience.

On a whim I cleaned out the garage, took a ride to Public Storage on Rollins road. She was extremely nice and showed me the selection I thought would work and it was perfect. I cleaned and boxed and brought everything down. They even helped ( Alex and his teenage son) me unload. They are community members and it shows.

I have had a very good experience with Public Storage. And I continue to have a great experience with the confidence of knowing that my items are stored safely and securely. The owners/operators of my Public Storage, Lee Ho and her husband are always so pleasant. Thank you:)
