They give you a reasonable price to start and then continue raising the price by 50% every few months. After 4 years, the price is 400% of the initial price!

This property is a convenient, clean option

I’ll tell you what frustrates me and makes me give this place a mediocre rating. The facility is fine however that little office on site has no one in it. The lights on and no one‘s there. When you sign up for a space, they provide you a lock and charge you $50. You can return it but there’s no one to open the door and take the lock back and give you a refund. It’s nearly impossible. I want a refund on my lock because I have a lock of my own. This is an issue

My unit is okay, but wished it was closer to the gate and not in the back where it is somewhat secluded.

It was my mistake. I thought access hrs were till 9pm. I show up there with a full truck at 7pm and no access. Because is till 6pm so all that time wasted made me mad

The facility is close to my house and the perfect size for a great price. Our entry was delayed by the employee who requested we see him before moving in, but he was not available until 2 pm.

I was able to access a unit that was otherwise not available on the public storage site, and received a great rate with a no fuss registration. Highly recommend!

Had a great first time in never finding this facility. I was lost and frustrated in trying to discover this place. Yet all was good I found it. As I waited The person at the desk was very polite and made my reservation quite perfect and mellowing. I am satisfied and very happy to have been accomidated by the staff to a unit of my need. I am aĺl smiles and stars to this oyster point P.S. site at this time.

First time renting a storage got the 5x6 space it was enough to put most of my stuff. I am happy about it for the price. The manager was nice and explained what I need to know.

Overall my move in experience was a lot easier than anticipated, codes worked well, staff was quite helpful and unit will suit my needs.

So far seems to be safe and I like the contactless application process. Even the gate can be activated by your phone which is nice. Only real negative is they temporarily changed their hours to close at 6 instead of 9pm which is a bummer since we are moving this week and hard to move during those hours while employed.

It is very beneficial for me. I loved the details and easiness of it.

I wanted to pay my bill I went at 3 p.m. on a Sunday when they were supposed to be open and they were closed also there's a car where I would like to be able to park at times to get to my storage and it's been sitting there since day one it's bad enough having elevators so I have to park further away because the car's been sitting there forever

Sent a rating last week so this is a duplicate. Very easy to chat with the site manager at 1 Oyster Point, she was very helpful and made the move in simple and quick. She accommodated my schedule to make things work.

Great people too expensive

Guivy (front desk) was extremely helpful and efficient in checking me into a unit and subsequently switching to a larger unit. The location is very accessible from freeway 101, the units are clean / good size and reasonably priced. Awesome customer service

I park my vehicle at this Storage for the last 3 months and I didn't see any problems, last week I even asked the property manager Guivy to switch me to another better spot and she did it without a question, she even go out to check on parked vehicles and do some patrol, I haven't used their storage yet because I don't need it right now but definitely I'll use it in future.

I was looking to store my belongings I was debating if I should use public storage until I went to this property 20129 and met Guivy. She was amazing! I was stressed about moving my belongings and she was a great help. She guided me through the process and put me at ease. She is always helpful and we are always happy to see her. We hope she never leaves this facility! Also everyone that works at this property is very helpful and always has a smile on their face!

I received really great service from Public Storage. I have been there for more than one year. I park 2 cars there in south san francisco oyster point and I made a great choice. When my car cover blew off the staff replaced it for me and tied it down. Thats great service. I work at sfo in customer service and I can say I know what great service is and I received it from public storage in south san francisco california 1 oyster point blvd..Its a 5 star operation...

Hi there. I recently moved my storage from upstairs to downstairs due to my advanced age and need to frequently obtain items from the storage. I have 3 gripes. First - the outside lift was closed many years ago making it impossible for me to easily add or move items out of my storage. Second ~ the price went up significantly when I moved from upstairs to downstairs. Third ~ you don't have any benefits for seniors such as those who are members of AARP. Other than those items, I love Public Storage employees.
