I have spent days trying to come up with a review that would do justice to Jesse and Geneva at Mini U I-70 Storage. I wanted to chronicle every great deed but the review was becoming a book. From Geneva's great phone personna, to Jesse's fast and efficient processing of the rental agreement, to their honest and genuine desire to help by going above and beyond in finding an alternate truck to use because their's was down (I wasn't able to get to that truck though), to the constant and consistent communication, to them letting me know their truck was back up and running, and then their graciousness in waiting for me to come and get their truck at the last minute before closing. They even offered me a bottle of water. And not just at the rental agreement signing, no, while unloading the vehicle too! And not just for me but for my son and his girlfriend who were helping me unload. Super friendly and genuinely caring. My life has been a roller coaster these past couple of weeks, especially these past couple of days. Jesse and Geneva have been a calming shore in a stormy sea. It has been real refreshing to meet and work with this young couple. A husband and wife team who may be young but have old school ethics. I feel very blessed to have met Jesse and Geneva.

Great customer service, the unit floor was covered in dirt. Okay for my needs but I wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t want to move actual belongings in there.

I was told that with the moving truck rental that you get the first 50 miles for free and after that you have to pay $.99 per mile if you go over the 50 miles Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve never went over the 50 miles but I got charged I am not happy about that I had a $39 balance and now I owe 151 when I never went over on mileage.

I was really having a bad day and I went into I-70 Mini U Storage and the husband and wife were very friendly and honest and encouraging and brightened up my day. I would encourage anyone and everyone in need of a storage unit 2 go to I-70 Mini U Storage and rent from that wonderful couple. Pretty good deal on the storage unit also. Instead of getting a little 5 by 6 461 a month I got a 5 by 10 434 for 2 months tell me that ain't awesome

The prices are way more manageable compared to a lot of local storage units. The staff was also amazing! Full of information and so so helpful. Kevin there have each person who walked in his full and undivided attention. Any problems I faced with the unit he was involved and got answers for me. This was my first time getting a storage unit but I can imagine not all of them are this easy to work with.

The staff at this location were nice and friendly, and the process was fairly seamless, except I did have trouble with them at first. I was storing a golf cart, which they tried to ask me for registration and insurance before storing it... which is not necessary or applicable. After having my associate straighten things out, we were able to get things sorted and I appreciate the online functionality to pay.

The friendly and professional staff were excellent. Due to surrounding road construction the location was a little difficult to find but worth the effort. Very clean and secure.

Great price and location. Check in process took about 30 minutes, and there was a free truck rental available for move-in (w/$19 required insurance).

Decent for the price. Location is odd but everyone thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s helped me so far has been nice .

Good process of in processing me. The grounds were free of debris, but a little dingy looking due to proximity to I-70. Otherwise, I would recommend them to future customers.

Decent prices and AAA membership discounts are the best things about this storage facility. The property managers are an older couple; the husband is a grouchy old man that seems bothered by anything "extra". He has also imposed additional rules at will and used such to threaten eviction. I will be contacting corporate to request a refund and plan to move to a facility that I don't have to worry about these issues.

I've been a customer for about three years and have always been impressed by the great folks who work here. It's not the easiest place to find (initially) but it's convenient to both I-70 and Colorado Blvd. The units are in good shape and well-maintained. A big plus is the free use of their U-Haul van to move in. All-in all, one of the best storage options you'll find in Denver!

I have been at Mini- U- Storage since approximately 1985 before this facility was a Mini-U-Storage. I have been through a lot of managers. I will always miss Jeanette and her husband; especially Jeanette. I appreciate very much the constant effort to keep the grounds area so clean. Unfortunately, the last two rent increases to my Unit have priced me right out of staying at this facility. JM

The unit was easy to rent and the owners called me promptly to set up their moving truck. Service was slow when trying to fill out paperwork, but this was due to their computer system. Overall, good service and great price.

The staff was very helpful even when I signed up last minute and showed up to store my items while I was in a hurry. They took me for a ride in their cart and showed me the facility, where my unit was located, and how to get out. Very easy process.

The people working there are quite the characters in a good way. Be prepared to spend a little bit of time signing for the unit...it's basically like a lease but you get to be entertained the whole time!

I love this place for many different reasons.

It's great they have a truck there you can rent to make the move as easy as possible. Make sure you arrive at least an hour before you're planning on moving in because paperwork takes a very long time and the owners were a little uneducated on how their computer system worked.. overall awesome facility.

I first chose Mini U Storage I-70 because of the truck being included as well as the monthly rental being significantly lower than some of the competition here in Denver but the rep at the front desk made the whole process simple and easy. Thanks!

Less expensive than almost any place I found in Denver and with nothing but drive up access it's fairly convenient.

The establishment was punctual an professional.

The unit was available when I pulled in without alot of fuss. The managers were very friendly and helpful. The price of the unit is less than what I had paid elsewhere, so I can save a little money every month.

Older husband and wife staff were very charming, gave the place a mom and pop feel. My one concern was that we weren't notified to bring our own locks, ended costing $12 extra for a new lock that could have been avoided.

The folks that run the location I'm at were absolutely fantastic. The rates provided on sparefoot.com were less than the going rate by about $10. Every saving is great!

Some of the units are really hard to get to. I was fortunate to get a location near the entrance. The unit was clean, the grounds are clean. The unit was the best price in the area, but still a bit pricey. The lady that is there on the weekends is great. She is so friendly, easy going, and willing to do all she can to help you. 5 stars for her alone.

Everyone has been very nice. The unit could have been swept, but overall the facility is very nice, secure, and centrally located, which meets my needs.

We thought we had everything planned out until the truck was not returned on time by a previous renter. The agent helped us not only with selecting the proper size unit, but worked with her supervisor at another location to secure a truck for us, saving us money on the move, money we couldn't afford to spend! Mini U storage is great all around, wonderful service by friendly folks. This is our second time having to use this company and so far not disappointed at all!
