Cheap and clean, decent security

Made an online reservation went in the day I wanted to pay for it. paid for it. Listened to the rules and regulations paid for a lock and key and the unit is now mine very simple, easy process very respectful and nice office person as well.

Staff was very friendly and very helpful, knowledgeable.

The rep showed me two units, and I chose the smaller—for now. He explained details quickly, and said the company was fair and easy to deal with. The price was good—better than the doubled rent suddenly sprung on me at my last half-height unit!

I read the reviews and that why i pick 8600 E Mississippi I always buy my moving boxes from this location but never use the storage far cheaper than public storage and Victor and Gordon very sweet Gordon help me in the door I have issue walking and didnt have my walker Gordon was a real gentleman

I appreciate his above and beyond customer service skills. He works very hard and is dedicated to helping others. Victor Ortiz made my move into my storage unit very quick and easy. Minimal paperwork and very quick check In process. I have rented from quite a few storage facilities in the past and I am very VERY pleased with the storage facility overall. Tony and Gordon were fantastic! Very knowledgeable and helpful and the facilities are nicely maintained.

Easy to get in and out of the business and the unit itself. The only issue we had was the unavailability of the truck to move things. One customer had been using the truck for over a week, making it impossible for anyone else to use it. That was frustrating. Otherwise, the manager was personable and explained everything in terms of the contract.

Tony was a great help, he showed us the different sizes of storage they had and the prices so we could make the best decision according to all the things we had.

I needed a truck and they offered free truck rentals with your unit. However the trucks were inoperable. Had to get a truck on my own. So much for advertising free trucks. False!

Not the nicest of places but the prices are great, customer service can be hit or miss. I've had to wait many times for 20 minutes to use thre restroom when an employee was in it. I've also beg told a unit would be ready when it wasn't.... minor inconveniences but also not deserving of top notch service rankings.

Sheila was great, our move took longer than expected, so we appreciate Sheila staying late yo make sure we were taken care of. On a day where everything else went wrong and really sucked, she was the shining bright spot bit adding stress on to my husband and I. Plus we had use of a truck for free and since we're AAA members the first month was free. Unbeatable deal!!

Sheila was the best. So helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about the property. I was very stressed and exhausted and she took her time to take care of me.

Online it says they have 24 hr access available upon request. When I went to move in I asked the rep that was helping me before I signed anything she said "That shouldnt be a problem" and I signed all paperwork. The next day the manager called me letting me know they in fact do NOT give 24 hr access and that I have 5 days to move out of the unit otherwise I will not be given a refund for the first month! I am upset that not only on the sparefoot website it said 24 hr access but also on their own website it said 24 hr access. I am also upset that I only have 5 days to move out and find another unit. otherwise the Rep Sheila that helped me went over and beyond to help me move in so I feel bad that she did all that work for nothing.

I would give this place a 4.5 star rating and less the 1/4 only because there was some construction/painting going on. also the alleys.road through the property in getting to and from your storage are narrow and a little difficult to navigate. I did appreciate the helpfulness of the office support, and the cleanliness. It was great to see they had rodent deterrants down and they were in the process of giving the property a face lift.

Public storage was rude to me and tried making me wait a day to register so mini was a bit further but the vostomer service was top notch will always use mini over ps for now on.

This place was so easy and great to work with! Candy and Bob take care of their customers, although the wait can be long to get settled in with all the paperwork. Having a truck available is an awesome bonus, as on moving day I didn't have to coordinate rental of a truck AND storage space. The place and the booking website sends WAY too many emails, hence the four stars overall. Highly recommend!

First time renting a storage unit, very easy to lock in the price and reserve the unit. Showed up at the facility and it took no longer than 20 minutes to see the unit and complete the paperwork. The complex is simple and in a very nice neighborhood. Having a moving truck on site to rent at a very minimal cost was a nice added bonus. Would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a simple and great location.

I just moved all of my belongings from a storage unit in Ohio to Denver. What a difference! The Denver unit at Mini U Storage is built of brick so it is way sturdier than my last unit (pole barn/aluminum siding). The managers were extremely helpful with our truck rental and getting our unit set up. Thumbs up all around!

Bob and Candy were very friendly and helpful in getting us moved in. They made the process easy. The facility itself is well maintained and the free truck was really helpful for moving in. Security wise, I think they should have more than 4 surveillance cameras that they currently do. One thing I don't appreciate is the pricing games the storage company plays. They offer a much better rate through sparefoot than they do directly through themselves. Makes no sense.

I had a last minute need for a storage unit and Mini-U beat my other storage unit's price by 32 dollars. It was fair market value for the area. Very nice lady at the desk.

The price was right, the service was good and the facility was clean but the unit sizes were short what was quoted and the unit walls looked more at home in an office cubicle! I was horrified by the interior structure separating the units and to top it off the size was shorter than quoted. I said No way! I have seen better at U-haul and Public Storage.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, overall. The truck is pretty banged up and rickety, but runs well and using it to move in was really useful.

In addition to being helpful and informative, I was given a free padlock and vouchers for tickets to see the Avalanche play (Nuggets were the other option). Gate is locked with a keycode and accessible until 9pm every day of the year.

After my first inquiry online, I promptly received a phone call from management to confirm my reservation. Upon my arrival, management was a delight to work with, and they answered all my questions and addressed my concerns effortlessly.

It was a little further from my home than I would have prefered, but they made up for that with great customer service (even though they were very busy) and a very easy and quick moving experience.

I saw Mini U Storage just driving by and they seemed to have great deals. I need a storage place for just a few months and called to ask about space available. They reserved a unit for me based off of what I had and even let me look at a smaller one saving me money! The owners were extremely pleasant and REALLY helped me out. The units are clean and easy to access with a code. They have great discounts, gave me a lock, and even have a moving truck available really cheap!

I spend my life doing research and once I learned I would be moving to a place for the summer that I did not need my stuff I had to find a storage facility. After a lot of research and checking out facilities, I decided on Mini U Storage on Mississippi. The facility was clean, the staff was very helpful and the unit was fairly priced, I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of a storage unit.
