Easy to get in and out of the business and the unit itself. The only issue we had was the unavailability of the truck to move things. One customer had been using the truck for over a week, making it impossible for anyone else to use it. That was frustrating. Otherwise, the manager was personable and explained everything in terms of the contract.

Online it says they have 24 hr access available upon request. When I went to move in I asked the rep that was helping me before I signed anything she said "That shouldnt be a problem" and I signed all paperwork. The next day the manager called me letting me know they in fact do NOT give 24 hr access and that I have 5 days to move out of the unit otherwise I will not be given a refund for the first month! I am upset that not only on the sparefoot website it said 24 hr access but also on their own website it said 24 hr access. I am also upset that I only have 5 days to move out and find another unit. otherwise the Rep Sheila that helped me went over and beyond to help me move in so I feel bad that she did all that work for nothing.

I would give this place a 4.5 star rating and less the 1/4 only because there was some construction/painting going on. also the alleys.road through the property in getting to and from your storage are narrow and a little difficult to navigate. I did appreciate the helpfulness of the office support, and the cleanliness. It was great to see they had rodent deterrants down and they were in the process of giving the property a face lift.

Having a truck available is an awesome bonus, as on moving day I didn't have to coordinate rental of a truck AND storage space. The place and the booking website sends WAY too many emails, hence the four stars overall. Highly recommend!

The complex is simple and in a very nice neighborhood. Having a moving truck on site to rent at a very minimal cost was a nice added bonus. I just moved all of my belongings from a storage unit in Ohio to Denver. What a difference! The Denver unit at Mini U Storage is built of brick so it is way sturdier than my last unit (pole barn/aluminum siding). The managers were extremely helpful with our truck rental and getting our unit set up. Thumbs up all around!

Security wise, I think they should have more than 4 surveillance cameras that they currently do. One thing I don't appreciate is the pricing games the storage company plays. They offer a much better rate through sparefoot than they do directly through themselves. Makes no sense.

The price was right, the service was good and the facility was clean but the unit sizes were short what was quoted and the unit walls looked more at home in an office cubicle! I was horrified by the interior structure separating the units and to top it off the size was shorter than quoted. I said No way! I have seen better at U-haul and Public Storage.

In addition to being helpful and informative, I was given a free padlock and vouchers for tickets to see the Avalanche play (Nuggets were the other option). Gate is locked with a keycode and accessible until 9pm every day of the year.

I saw Mini U Storage just driving by and they seemed to have great deals. I need a storage place for just a few months and called to ask about space available. They reserved a unit for me based off of what I had and even let me look at a smaller one saving me money! The owners were extremely pleasant and REALLY helped me out. The units are clean and easy to access with a code. They have great discounts, gave me a lock, and even have a moving truck available really cheap!
