I did not see cameras inside the hallways of the air controlled buildings. I understand there are cameras outside the buildings and at the gate. I also understand there may be legal reasons for not having cameras inside the building. However, I can not give my experience a full five stars without knowing every angle is covered.

My overall experience was EXCELLENT from beginning to end! I started on line, not knowing the area at all. Found the location nearest me and price range, set it up and had a follow up call from Connie ( who was exceptional) at answering any questions I might have. Easy access and very well maintained! Only issue I have is purchasing the insurance!

Needed to find storage space on a short timeline. When I got to the facility, the representative, Connie was super helpful and friendly. We went over my needs and she took me on a tour to find the perfect unit. During our tour she discovered a unit that had been left open, she was visibly concerned, closed the unit, locked with one of hers and made a physical note to contact the owner immediately. We looked at several units and she was very aware of the strong mothball smells in certain areas and wasn't annoyed that the smell bothered me. Eventually we found the perfect unit. She was very thorough going over the locking mechanism with me. I was so impressed with her level of customer service and friendliness. On the way out, other customers saw her, waved and spoke to her by name. This helped me realize I had made a great decision choosing this place. Best price and so many amenities. I will be recommending for sure.

I was surprised how clean, and spacious the storage unit I chose, the woman who helped me was so nice and funny, she assured me about the security and the pest control, that I don't have to worry about my treasures. I recommend public storage a place you can trust. I forgot to mention I got a great deal on the price for my storage needs.

It's a Great Place been around for years. Trust worthy. The only thing I would suggest is to tell your staff to show people how to lock and unlock those doors to their storage unit. I got in there with my cart full and had no idea how to open it. Had to go to front desk they were in process of closing and someone did come out and help. I appreciated so I wouldn't have to back my stuff and come at another time. Otherwise great service in getting my spot.

Dorothea was great to work with she took time with me and gave me details about the facility and company itself. The facility is clean and there is an onsite manager there to help with any of your needs. I got in on the Labor Day special so it worked well for me. The hours of operation were great as well and it's open daily so I can get to my stuff anytime I need to.

So i came in on 6/4 and was helped by a guy named Ric. He was a very helpful and nice guy. Everything went very simple and quickly. Also a very clean and nice facility. I liked the area as well and i liked that all units were first floor only great for easy access. :)

We needed to store household goods as the house we're buying isn't ready. Wanted somewhere easy for van lines to deliver. Very wide driveways, easy access for semi-trucks. We tried to reserve our space and make initial payment over the phone because we were not in Denver. Couldn't do that. But because of a mix-up with the van lines we were able to get a storage unit rented before the van arrived. Ric was friendly and knew his business. Good experience so far. Do wish the company would consider exceptions to being present to retn, though. Four stars have to do with that pesky, inflexible corporate policy. Five stars would represent service at this location.

There were several storage unit places in this particular area but, this one had the best reviews! And it exceeded the reviews- the process was easy and the staff Brande was prepared for me to move right along. My unit was clean and move in ready!

Lots of hidden fees, such as having to pay for a lock that only they can provide that they require you to have and don't tell you about until you're on site. Also, not mentioning that you are required to have an insurance policy covering your belongings until you're about to sign paperwork, and then oh-so-generously offering a policy at a [not particularly good] rate. I'd be a lot happier and a lot more comfortable with fees like this if they were just mentioned ahead of time.

Public Storage has continuously improved the service offered to the public. Their spaces are secure, clean, and a good value. Rental terms are clear and easy to manage in person, online, by phone, or by mail. Their property managers are on-site to aid contract changes or other rental business concerns. Good job Public Storage!

As I stated above, you can't pitch all this newness and excited ness and not expect a hiccup or two. When I became aware of a potential problem the on site manager just shrugged it off as if now , that I'm signed on the lease, her job is over, at least that's how I felt.
