I did my reservation online the day before my move. The day I scheduled early morning a representative called me to confirm with me all the information, Jorge was understanding and cordial. When we arrived to the facility Noelia was the person taking care of all documents needed, she showed us the space before signing anything. She was really great. After we completed all the process we started unpacking and somehow one of the locks that we had just bought went missing. I went to the office in order to buy a new one and Noelia was so understanding that she gave us one of hers for free. So far we have had a good experience. I just wish that we have access to the carts later than 5pm.
