Great location great place awesome staff very attentive!

I would definitely recommend this storage location to friends and family

So I got a quote via the internet spare foot and with in minutes I received a call from the on site manager she was easy and a delight to work with. I advised I had cash on me was that ok she said yes no problem! Any how 15-20 min later I get a call from a woman claiming to work at the property saying that I could not pay in cash that I had to pay over phone. So then I was a little frustrated I was supposed to be meeting someone there to help me unload a lot of heavy stuff I couldn't do because I'm disabled so I lost my help because of the timing now that I had to go to the bank to deposit. Once I was on site the manager there completely changed my mind by this time I was ready to leave and go some where else, she also fixed a few mistakes made by phone service by booking wrong unit. She was very understanding, kind, and very time efficient with showing me the units and changing paperwork around this company is lucky to have her thank you again

The front staff is only concerned with up-charges. Their only job is to sell you something. I had an issue with gate access and it forever to get help, despite the fact that she had my ID in her hand. I think I ended up needing a reference letter from my 3rd grade math teacher to get them to open the gate 😏. Then I cleaned out my storage and they charged me a “cancellation fee” because I notified them 14 days before my exit. WHAT!!!! I have to pay to leave ???!!!!!! … Go elsewhere

Close by, easy to access, nice staff, everything I need on the premises. Climate control option. Super savings

It is a couple of miles from where I live. I was helped to park my large SUV. The administrative charge was a bit of a surprise.

I still believe PRIME Self Storage has great hours and is in a great location. BLDG W has many steps to go to the 2nd floor. Theres no elevator and theres A/C. I dealt with it. Some customers don't respect that the door should be closed to keep the bldg cool. Two big women threatened me because I asked them nicely to PLEASE CLOSE THE DOOR. One of them told me to shut up and threatened me. Her fake finger nails were all over the driveway and near my car. My yellow 2023 DECAL for my car was stolen right before the finger nails appeared on the driveway. It must have been done by the woman with fake nails. I suspect she opened the door to my car too because there were papers missing that I haven't found yet. Not sure. Thats what I suspect happened. The manager did nothing about what they did. She tried to intimidate me and told me that I would have to find somewhere else to store. I TOLD HER THAT I DID NOTHING WRONG AND I DIDNT WANT TO Move. She didn't care. On several occasions I heard noises in Bldg.W at night between 8-9:45 pm. I was not afraid. There is a ceramic hanging owl outside bldg.W that reminds me of pictures and a video of Bohemian Grove where famous men go in July to make important decisions and do bad things. I didn't want to leave because it was close to the post office where I get my mail and I liked it there. The PRIME Self Storage staff didn't care about hurting my feelings. I FORGIVE THEM BY FAITH AS MY LORD JESUS CHRIST COMMANDS.

The lady who helped me is wonderful and answered all my questions. The location. Is great and near everything. It's nice to have long hours if I need extra time to arrange and go through my things.

Took my boat in on Sunday had a problem with the code box would not take code, but good news i called and spoke to David early Sunday morning, explained was was going on, David provided a temp code it worked took in the boat no problem , happy customer great service, would definitely recommend,, Thanks,
