The staff was kind and efficient.

I spoke to Kimberly in the office, she was professional and helpful and assisted us to get out of a jam to leave our car while our new home will be completed in October and we had to fly the next morning. The application process was done efficiently and all important disclosures were provided upfront and clearly for us to understand. Thanks to Kimberly and Shane for your help.

I was moved to my storage within an hour of getting quote.

The check-in process was quick. Since my storage needs don't require any climate control, the storage space was good. Remember to take a copy of your insurance or you will have to pay their insurance. If you want to store sensitive contents like clothing or good furniture, This may not be the spot for you.

I came into Atlantic storage thinking Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d be there for quite some time with hidden fees based off of other experiences, but let me tell you.. their staff has it all together. No hidden fees, absolute timely service, simple explanation on how everything works and James at the desk is absolutely amazing ! He was kind, funny, smart and energetic. Seriously just what I needed after a long day of moving!

My rental experience has been good so far, I would recommend This facility.

I had a great experience. I just didn't realize that my unit would be so far from an exit door. I was not pleased about that but since the payment was non refundable, I had no options.

Staff and facility are great BUT there is no signage to direct you to the location. There are NO signs, no arrows, nothing. Because of this it cost me an additional 10.00 in mileage on the rental truck. If we had not stopped at the stop sign and looked all directions we would never have found it.

Gerald helped us and that was after he had a dizzy spell and fell down twice while walking to show us the space. He was injured but with help we got him back to the office where he felt better and did all the paperwork. It is a half hour drive from our home but it was the least expensive one and I really like the location. I will be there a while while I go through all the stuff we are putting in there.
