Theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re very nice Mike Vivian. I forget the other lady, but they all are respectable and very kind.

On-site staff is friendly and helpful. Walked me through the storage I booked on line. All renter has unique access code under his/her name in a security gate that being kept closed. There is no night time access after 9:00 pm so no need to worry your property get stolen when the on-site staff hours off. Happy to find a right place for my camping van.

The rental process was very simple and easy to do on my phone took maybe 10 min max, the price for my space was extremely fair and reasonable. The facility is gated and with a large number of security cameras so I felt safe storing my items here. I would recommend to anyone that needs somewhere reasonable and safe to store their items.

The whole process was well organized and very easy to obtain a storage unit, and the web interface is user friendly. The prices are also fairly reasonable.

Cheapest units around, not A/C but knew that going in. Unit was clean.

Hidden fees and taxes not mentioned prior, made for a negative experience.

Excellent customer service, spacious units and easy access.

The location and accessibility is great. The customer service is smooth, I returned the padlock and got the refund which was very easy. The storage unit however was very damp, smelly and had insects and cockroaches. We had to clean it out, lay down a dry cloth to keep our stuff and avoid damages. You should seriously stress more on cleaning after people move out. We could see disposed mattresses lying around the facility which was not at all good. Thanks!

I believe here name is Ms. Teresa and she is a wonderful employee. She was very through when I came in early to move into our storage rental.

I reserved my unit on Sparefoot and went to the facility to confirm my reservation. After confirming I received an email that they had found a lower price on my unit, which was great, but when I returned to the facility on moving day they had given away my unit! Turns out I got switched from a climate controlled unit to a non-climate controlled unit, which is what lowered the price. Since the reason I booked the unit in the first place was that it was climate controlled, I was not happy. The facility honored my reservation by giving me a larger climate controlled unit for the price I had reserved and told me that even when the price increased I would not be hit by a 100% increase for the larger unit because it was their mistake. I was very pleased by the customer service here. I do wish they had carts, though.

Very pleased. This was my first time ever renting a storage unit & Crystal helped a lot! I was originally hoping a 5x5 would suffice but I ended up needing something bigger & she accommodated me by upgrading to a bigger unit. Explained the whole setup & how everything works which was a big help!

I was misquoted on price when I called for pricing. I was told $25 tax but instead, I had to pay $20 for disc lock, and add insurance. And of course, they push a bunch of unnecessary items. There needs to be more transparency when calling for prices.
