The manager, Luis, was a great person to work with. He explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable about selecting the location to store my items. The units don’t feel uber clean, but that is likely a sacrifice for paying the best price around.

I was given a tour and promptly provided access the day of my move. The staff was very friendly and the facility appeared clean. I successfully moved and I couldn't be more thankful.

I had upack drop off two cubes and was given 3 days to off load it. Seems fair enough even though Monday instead of Saturday would have been better. The staff was knoweable and worked with me to give me the best deal possible and adjust the reservation time to when the cubes would arrive.

This is my second time using a storage unit. My first time was not so great and I was skeptical about doing it again but I needed it. This was convenient (location/price) and the easiest process ever. By far a better experience than my previous with another company. I would recommend this if it is good for the next person :)
