One concern, it is supposed to be climate controlled and the air conditioner is not working. On two different visits. I had wanted to store a musical instrument that requires consistent air conditioning now I have to find an alternate plan.

I started with a 10/10 unit about 5 years ago, then downsized to a 5/5. After realizing that my home was being overtaken by my daughters things, I felt the need to remove the things she no longer needs, to have some room to breath. I called, to switch back from my 5/5 to a 10/10, I asked to use the truck, and was told no, that switching does not qualify for using the truck the same as moving in. I was extreamly upset by this, since I am a good customer of 4-5 years. I made a trip to the office, and had a conversation with the guys working, and we got things straightened out. I would have strongly considered taking my business to another facility had the manager not changed his tune, and showed us the respect we deserved.

When the moment I walked in I was greeted and helped right away, I got a storage unit and used one of their uhual trucks and don't have any complaints this far. They went through the paperwork throughly and made sure to answer any questions I might have. Only downside is one of their hates Broke which is right by my unit and it would have been a great help if it worked lol
