The customer service representative was pleasant explained everything quickly and efficiently the facility is clean temperature controlled very nice I feel comfortable leaving my family belongings here. The pricing was the least expensive in the area.

Just received notice of the price increase upon calling to inquire about rate reflected on billing. This happens routinely at this location. A twenty dollar hike is a lot to deal with right now. Will be looking for a more affordable facility.

Donna was very helpful today. She took me around the store and showed me the prices for everything Any questions I had ask she had an answer. Her customer services skill were on point. She greeted me at the door with such a jolly attitude.

From the moment I called sputtering interest the team was so helpful. Answered all of my questions and made the process a breeze. Office Manager (*Tina? Sorry if I'm wrong) is a gem and the company is lucky to have someone like her representing their company.

The facility is clean. The front desk staffs was very helpful when renting the unit. Based on the size of my uhal the front desk staff recommended I get a large unit. He was right. The bigger unit was exactly the size I needed.I have no complaints.

Over all it is a great place, even though being on the third floor sucks, they made it easy with all of the moving carts there to use .
