The customer service representative was pleasant explained everything quickly and efficiently the facility is clean temperature controlled very nice I feel comfortable leaving my family belongings here. The pricing was the least expensive in the area.

Just received notice of the price increase upon calling to inquire about rate reflected on billing. This happens routinely at this location. A twenty dollar hike is a lot to deal with right now. Will be looking for a more affordable facility.

The facility is clean. The front desk staffs was very helpful when renting the unit. Based on the size of my uhal the front desk staff recommended I get a large unit. He was right. The bigger unit was exactly the size I needed.I have no complaints.
