Clean and great location. My daughter filled out the paperwork and it was quick and easy.

Awesome Customer Service. I was renting this storage unit for my daughter who is in college. After completing the information online I was called several minutes later which I found was great. The Customer service over phone asked if everything was understandable and if I had any Questions. I let her know that I would be unable to to come and start moving in but my Daughter will come and if there would be someone to help show her where her unit will be? I was assured that there was someone that will show her and answer any questions. And they they lived up to promise.

Super easy and quick to get a space. Very good communication with customer service, no confusion whatsoever. Also fair price.

Mindy made everything super quick and easy. Got me a climate controlled unit for a good price and I was loading my stuff in within 20 minutes.

Customer service was phenomenal however there where other fees added that I was not told about until the day of check in I think all fees should be discussed at the time of reservation

Renting the unit only took 20 minutes or so. No long term commitments. Unit is climate controlled but opens to the outside. Insurance is required.

It took less than 1 hour to unload our truck, and finish packing the Cube. That included the administrative paperwork. I was surprised it was that quick.

So excited to have found CubeSmart. I was very anxious about needing storage but the security & cleanliness made me feel much more comfortable with the whole thing.

Clean place. Good service. Easy access. Good hours. Price not so great..hidden fees like insurance required, and pricey admin fee. Otherwise A-okay!

Insurance was expensive compared to other insurance, but it was clean and goid costumer service.

The staff was so friendly and attentive to my specific needs. I didn't feel like they were trying to sell be more than I needed. I felt comfortable leaving my personal things at the facility. They even made sure to phone me to follow up with any other needs I might have.

The price was the main factor in choosing this storage, for me at least! The staff found a unit that would be better suited to what I was storing. Registration was a little long.

Quick online referral with my AAA. They called to confirm and answer questions. Quick and easy to do the paperwork, get the codes and get in.

The staff was very helpful from the first time we came in just to get a quote, to actually helping us move our stuff in. They were also very nice.

The paperwork took a little while, but the guys were great so it really wasn't a problem. We had easy access to our unit. My only, only complaint is that there were no flat dollies evident for use to move our thing from the car to the unit. We didn't ask, so I don't know if they actually had any.
