Perfect check-in at front desk,very helpful setting me up in the correct size unit,answered all of my questions, no extra add on fees(small insurance fee),use your own locks,cool and clean inside unit with drive up door,well lit and air conditioned. Clean restrooms,use of rolling carts from car to storage. Very good value,safe and secure.Enter your code to drive in and out at the security gates. Happy I chose Prime Storage.

Go to any other storage unit you can find, prices on the website that are the deals, do not match if you go in person and book & nobody will price match it. I needed a large unit and one that was available was in a "climate controlled" building. I loaded my items in there and would come back at least every week with more items and to check things out. Note, this is all of my home and personal belongings while I was finding a home here. In the unit next to me, there began to have a mass puddle of water in front of their door and creeping into their door. I called multiple times because I went multiple days in a row to see that it was still there, the response I got was "we'll make a maintenance request" not one person ever came, not one person from the front desk came to look at it. In that same time period, I made a call saying that the air conditioning was not working and it was cooler outside than in, the response I got was "it doesn't work all the time." I started to unpack my unit this week and there was standing water on the ground, mold and more water leaking in. My mattress is destroyed, I have furniture, destroyed. I have boxes and bins with mold growing on the outside and inside. I went to the front office, they didn't even come to the unit to see the water and take photos or make notes. Their response was, darn that stinks well here's our email and you can send us what happened and we'll try to submit it to insurance.

Always clean thought the unit I just rented had dead roaches in it upon arrival. Unit is next to the other on I rent of the same same so the location is perfect for my needs

It’s been a long time since I needed a storage unit and the ladies in the front office couldn’t have been more accommodating. The unit is clean and though I may need a bigger one, the ladies assured me that would be no problem when I decide. Very professional and I definitely will recommend this facility.

Christina at Prime was pleasant, informative, quick to show me the unit. I was with Extraspace storage for three months and rate I was quoted jumped 86 $ for a 10x10 The online pricing is your given is promotional pricing , they never declared this to me. So I moved to Prime.

The facility is clean and bright with a nice staff.Just be aware and my only complaint is the $52.00 5x5 foot storage bin is actually $68.00 a month. I didnt need or want insurance but was told its mandatory when I got my 1st bill. The insurance is $13.00 a month. Now I will let you calculate the vast number of bins at Prime Storage and multiply that by $13.00 each. There is the goose that laid the golden egg.

Rented 5x5 space for reasonable price. Easy to move in. Facility very clean. Security seems good with cameras throughout and individually coded gates. Access hours are excellent. Office management friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

I have rented many units in my lifetime, I am 79 years old. . This was the very easiest, hassle-free, and helpful I have ever had. I will highly recommend renting a unit at this location. Jennifer the girl behind the counter was fantastic, she read my mind and suggested a slightly larger unit than I thought I was going to rent for about the same cost. I was there for only 15 minutes and I was on my way home
