Moving isn't always great and it's even harder when you are not moving into a new place right away and need storage. While most companies don't really care about you and all they care about is collecting your money the staff at cube smart Tallahassee location whether it is Jim or Tea are both great at what they do and will do everything in their ability to help you out and accommodate for any reasonable changes you may have. All and all they are great people and i would diffidently recommend this place to anyone that needs a storage unit. Not to mention they are affordable and not crazy expensive.

Much more affordable than other units in the city, and I'm not sure if it's just because it's 5 more minutes out of town? But it's super clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rates can't be beat! Well-maintained facility.

Cameras monitor the facility, there are locked gates and the staff on premises are friendly. It's well kept and very clean. Worth the trip outside of the center of town.

The whole process was quick and easy. They take you to the unit to make you like it first. Went over the paperwork. They even had a lock that I could buy, since I forgot to get one. The manager was very friendly and she has excellent customer service.

Their facilities are well organized and secure with all kinds of controlled access entrances making me feel comfortable about leaving my things with them. The prices for their locks and other add ons are a bit too pricey for my preference, however the storage units, while high as well for me, were still well within the market prices of other storage companies!

I rented a 10x10 and was checked in by Mike, the store manager. Mike was of great assistance, was polite, and was quick with the whole transaction. Was in and out of my new unit in less than 30 minutes! Great place to store your belongings. Would recommend to a friend.

even though it is a little farther than i would like from the campus (florida state university), the employees at cube smart were very helpful and definitely knew what they were doing! It was very clean, not too pricey, and the storage spaces were better than i imagined they would be.

Thisvis the third time I have used CubeSmart to store some things and I have had excellent customer service. Delvis is a really nice person to rent from. ((: I would recommend CubesSmart to anyone, which I did a few years ago to a good friend and she rented a unit when it was Advance. It was Advance the first time I rented and then the second and now this time when the name CubeSmart.

Professional Staff - Courteous I was disappointed when I called and spoke to a young man to ask if their were any additional fees when renting the storage and he said no. I asked so the price on the web site is all inclusive he said yes no other fees. When I arrived their was an insurance premium for 10.00 and taxes.
