Very easy to use and easy to navigate, I love the online feature, I went directly to the site it showed me all the offers then all I had to do was just look to see what size I needed it told me what was available where exactly it would be located and all the features that it would have and allowed me to reserve and secure and even pay and do everything online, and explained how everything would work and I could pre-register online or at the store and the pre-registration online makes it so easy so you just walk in and get your key and access code and you’re on your way. They also explain all the possibilities of insurance and many extra features that they have if you would like to add anything. Great customer service and I was in and out from start to finish all five minute’s. We have always used public storage and always refer it to our friends and will continue to do that! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Brand new, shiny, and air-conditioned, with an excellent monthly price to boot. The only drawback? Some insane & Catch-22-like rules. There is not a single garbage can on premises, so people throw wrappers & rubbish on the ground. Why? They were taken away because "people kept pissing in them" according to the lady at the front counter. Why? Because the bathrooms are always locked. *eye-roll emoji*

I recommend signing up online to make it easier on the people in the office, because they could just pull my order up and I went right in. The only thing I will tell you is that when you get to the storage facility itself, there are no labels or markings so you know where you’re going. When they text you they send you a map to your storage. I suggest you print it and read it. Otherwise a great experience

Everything was clean. All units are as described. Had issue with passcode and woman in office had it working quicky. Many people moving on a Saturday so didn't have access to a cart but that isn't fault of the company.

For a fairly new facility I am not satisfied at all with the cleanliness of the outsides of the buildings and the interiors that are both littered with broken furniture and food leftovers including water bottles all over!! Keep the facility clean and then it will be more appealing to future customers.

Victoria was the company rep at the office when I arrived to take possession of unit. She was highly informative, professional and friendly. It was a pleasure dealing with her. The unit was spotless and the entire facility was extremely clean and well maintained. Kudos to all involved. I would recommend this location to others.

I recently rented a unit at this location. As a share holder I only rent at public storage. Initially I thought the process and professional help would be positive. Without going into to much detail the representatives were very argumentative. I find it disturbing that while they list the one time administration fee they conveniently leave out a mandatory purchase of their very own proprietary lock of $21.00. This is not mentioned anywhere in the reservation process. As a share holder this is very disturbing. I would think that transparency would be the best policy from such a reputable company.

Only real criticism is (surprise!!) not much thought went into parking with about 6 spaces next to the building for load/unloading then...nothing else... requiring me simply to park near the building but away from possible unloading/loading traffic as I do my business inside the building.

The people were helpful and nice! Note that there are no loading docks. Everything is unloaded to ground level. You also have to put in a security code to go through any door or elevator which can be tough if you have a moving crew.

Excellent customer service and the price point is very competitive. Accessibility is more than acceptable. Small issue however, I was unable to occupy the first unit we looked at due to leak. I was shown a second unit which I took because of the lack of available units but the ceiling is ripped and fiberglass keeps falling on my belongings.

Awesome Personnel...Friendly, Informative and Honest...Only issue was the Lock Sale...I was given the Locks to Lock Unit, and then was told the Locks were $20.00 a Piece, when those Locks at the Hoem Depot or Lowe's are $7.00 to $10.00 a Piece...I was a Little taken Back at that...Was a Tad bit Dissatisfied at the Up sale, when I could have supplied my Own Locks on my Unit as Others in my Storage Facility...

We have reserved a space for our 5th wheel trailer at this location since 2012 with the local Manager, Jonathan. He and his staff have always been helpful, efficient and friendly. The office is clean and well-stocked. The property is always maintained well and, if I find it necessary to call and leave a message, Jonathan always returns my calls. He is a professional and a reliable contact. I would highly recommend this location for outdoor storage (I have no experience with indoor facilities).

I moved back to Florida and work a full time position at a Public Storage in Jacksonville, FL. I have rented a unit four different times since 1994. I am now transferring from a Public Storage in West Palm,FL to a larger unit in Tampa, FL. I continue with Public Storage because I trust that me and my belongings are going to be taken care of.

One thing that should be addressed is the device that we enter the code in on the entrance gate is not very organized it meaning we have to get out of the vehicle to punch the code in. It was raining the day i went to rent a unit....The employee Jonathan went above and beyond with service...he offered an umbrella while he walked in the rain to show me the unit...not once but three he walked in the rain...This guy is excellent and i will return here and refer friends and family there.. I have had a wonderful experience so far. Absolutely no issues especially when I first came in...actually when I called before I even came in. I had called a few different places and some may have been the same company but this one was hands down the nicest to me. I feel safe having my stuff stored there and Jonathan the manager is awesome. Your company should feel very grateful to have such a nice and dedicated employee working for them. These days its very hard to find good hard working younger people, Not that I am that old (I am 33) but work ethic is allot different these days compared to when I was younger, I am glad I chose your storage facility and I will always use you in the future.
