I was taken to the different size storage units because I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know the exact size I wanted to accommodate my needs. The agent was so patient and I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t feel rushed. Two other customers arrived and he was able to handle the three of us and no one felt neglected.
