My experience has been great. I loved how clean and smart the facility is. The staff is super friendly and responsive to questions. The sign up experience was flawless and made me feel at home. I am happy to have found this place, and I recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and more self-managed storage experience.

Super clean and high tech facility. The quickness and ease of renting is outstanding. I called the answering service to reserve a unit. Then called the property to pay with my card, signed the e contract, and downloaded the app for entry. Done! Moving in has never been easier. And Sam (I think that was his name) at the Blue Diamond & Grand Canyon location was so helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service and the process for filling out paperwork was smooth and easy. The owners took there time with me to explain the paperwork and the storage areas is very clean. I was shown 2 different sizes to best fit my needs. The owners also was very helpful showing me how to access the gate & my storage I highly recommend Golden State Storage you won’t be disappointed I guarantee it.

The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The facility is literally squeaky clean (but then it is new). There were adequate hand carts available (4 for the area where we rented). The manager walks around the facility - so someone is paying attention to what is going on. The facility is truly air conditioned (cool - considering the heat we are experiencing). The units are secured by WiFi - so if it ever goes down - you would have to wait. But what is the likelihood of WiFi going out? You will need a "smart" phone for access. And they do adhere to the hours stated. Our experience was VERY good.
