Laurie was awesome when setting up my unit. The paperwork was fast, easy, and could be done in advance. Her friendly service made it an enjoyable experience. The units are clean, well lit, and appear extremely secure. If you are looking for some space for that extra stuff, this is the spot!

The manager was very quick about helping me out. Even being in line didn't take that long. He was courteous and quite helpful with finding an appropriate unit to rent as well as pointing out additional fees so that they were not hidden in the bill.

Rachel was great in helping me set up the account for a storage. I accidentally left my keys in my car and she was very helpful to assist me in any way to find a locksmith. She also let me stay with her in the office until the locksmith came. Very positive experience and accommodation in an embarrassing/unexpected situation.

I had a good experience with Public Storage both with their customer service who answered every question I had and directed me straight to the location. At the site I had a great experience with the helpful and nice lady running the location. Two thumbs up.

Did not understand the price fluctuation on same size units. Was told one price online and then when all said and done total price was a good 75.00 more than the online move in fee. Total cost should be up front or more clear on added costs.
