June rent 178.50 July rent. 187.70 August rent 207.50 I called and asked for explanation and couldn’t get a straight answer. Was told rent would be set back to 178.50 and wasn’t. No notice given about increase in August. Takes 60 days to cancel your lease agreement So I hope they enjoy the $415 total over the two months. I won’t be back and will surely express my frustration

Customer service rep was fantastic (amanda?). Helpful, courteous, friendly, knowledgable. Signing up a breeze, outside units are ok. Ceiling looks like cardboard screwed on, unit a little dirty, could have used a sweep out before I got there, webs all over. 4/5 *. Next time I'll spend a little more and get an inside unit, climate control
