Spoke with a company call sparefoot told me to go look and speak with manager before taking. Got there nobody around . Had to call again and found out the first guy did not work for Sparebox . In the middle of this all I had to call 4 or 5 more times . Told them I wanted a covered Driveable RV spot . Gave me a price then the lot number . Went to look and could not find . They gave me a 4 disgust number and it was only a two digit spot . Wasted 45 minutes looking. Took Rv down will not fit in spot . To short . Had to call again and get another spot and a raised price . Also the north gate was open all weekend long . Not very secure.

On Western there are three separate facilities Box 4, Box 5, and Box 6 very close together. I called to find out which facility I was to be in. The lady told me I had to pay before I could see my unit. I paid and she told me how to get into the gate. I was told when I made my Reservation that I would be on the ground level. When I FINALLY found the right building, after over two hours, my unit was on the second floor. There was an elevator, but I could not get it to work. I reloaded my car and went home. I called to report the problem. Two days later I was told it was working. I loaded the car and went there. The elevator did work but the sign on it said people could not ride on it and I had to climb up to meet my property. I am 75 and have an arthritic knee. The unit door wouldn't open! It was stuck. I reloaded my car and started to leave when I saw a vehicle with your Logo. I chased after it and the woman graciously came back with me and got the door open. I can only hope It will open when I take more boxes to put in it.

Kiosk in lobby would not work so I couldnât rent the unit I had reservations for. So I called customer service and was told at first that I had lost my reservation and that I was no longer eligible for the half off promotion. When I began to complain and asked for a supervisor the story was then changed and I was given my unit at the discount price. It very difficult not having a representative on site.

Problems with the whole kiosk issue couldn't find it the customer service personnel on the phone Couldn't help with locating it so she processed it over the phone but all in all it worked out I got my belongings into a storage unit!

I was a little confused showing up at what looked like the office. No cars in the parking lot. I had called ahead of time and gotten a reservation #. I went to a check in machine when inside and it gave me all my details. They even had a machine for locks. Overall it was a pretty simple setup with minor confusion.
