Very friendly lady in the office. I would give more stars but my door is in need of repair. It has a work order so I hope it gets repaired soon! The major bonus here is the security gate and open until 9pm! I love the app!

Public storage in Anniston Alabama is a superb storage facility. The staff is amazing warm and friendly and they strive to make you feel comfortable in choosing your storage unit. April was so very nice and guided me through the entire process. I highly recommend this business for your storage needs.

We had to have two storage units when we moved to Alexandria, and the price was right! The customer service is incredible - when I accidentally didn't close my lock after one visit, Kathie called me and let me know and placed one of their locks on it until I was able to get there. It doesn't get better than that!
