I had another unit there that was a 10 by 10 I reduced my product and Sherri helped me get in and moved to close by to a 10 by 5...I really appreciate the help and the location it was a very smooth transition!

We unexpectedly needed a storage unit. While driving on a Saturday night, we called Life Storage and we were able to rent a unit online so that we could access the unit the next day. On Sunday (when no offices are open in Auburn) we couldn't get the gate code to work. We called the 24/7 support and got ahold of someone very quickly! They resolved our problem and we had a great experience moving into the unit. The videos were very helpful at knowing what to do and I loved that they provided a lock for us inside the unit. Their customer support is fabulous and very responsive. Thrilled with our experience.

It was extremely convenient and also very accommodating. I originally reserved the unit for Sunday February 14th, but the manager allowed me to extend my reservation because I wasn't able to get the items until today Friday the 19th. When I got to the location, she was extremely nice, informative and precise regarding the policies, procedures, etc. Thanks!

Everything went well just after everything was added on to the total it was expensive. We have rented a storage cubicle before and there wasn't all the extra added on.
