Paid for storage unit closer to Montgomery moving back to Birmingham. Reserved unit follow-up call from Demetrius, store manager with the location and time of closing. Upon arrival Demetrius realized unit too snall. Completed all the paperwork worked with me on the new amount for the bigger storage unit. He showed us how and where to park my trucks so we had easier access to my storage unit and what all I needed to do to get moved into the unit in record time he even stayed late with a smile. Very secure, clean and safe facility.

After everything was set up the gate code would not work. Site attendant finally got it to work. When I came back with stuff to move in the gate code wasn't working again. Called the next day explained the situation. I said there's no need to rent it the storage space and can't Access it. She immediately said I'll move you out. And I asked if we get our money back and she said no and hung up.
