I came there at the last minute and the gentleman really helped me out he went over and beyond to make sure I had the best deal with the little I had. I would recommend this facility to anyone, u have access to your things 24hrs, and te workers are so polite and friendly.

I moved in two days ago. The facility is nice, the manager on-site was very helpful, price is reasonable, etc. My major complaint is the 24 hour emergency access number posted is not answered. I arrived at 9:25 (25 minutes passed access hours) with my life on a moving truck and was unable to access my unit. The manager had told me a day earlier that if I got there late, the number(s) posted on the gate and keypad post could be called to gain access in an emergency after hours. I tried both numbers for approximately 20 minutes before giving up. No one answered. This caused me to lose the movers I had paid and to have to pay new movers (nearly $200) the next day to unload my moving truck. I cannot recommend Life Storage for this reason.

Very clean facility, pricing is also very competitive. location is close but not too close to everything. very secure feeling. wasn't real impressed when i went to sign my paperwork and take possession with the assistant manager.... The office had an open sign up, and a sign stating if no one was in the office to call a number for help. about 15 minutes after they were supposed to be open, the assistant manager showed up like she had just woke up. none of my pre-filled out reservation info was available so i had to fill it out again. it took almost 40 minutes to get the unit paperwork signed and be granted access. i had spoken with the manager a few times and he seemed on top of things and with it. overall, i am satisfied with what i got and what i'm paying

We have just recently moved in to a unit, the customer service was great, being able to call & reserve a unit over the phone worked out wonderful. The facility is clean, well maintained, & has a safe secure atmosphere. We are overall very pleased!

I reserved my unit online at a VERY low price. I also was able to reserve the free truck that was offered with my storage unit. I went there on Saturday and everything was very easy! Filling out the paperwork was quick, the worker was extremely helpful and all of this for a very reasonable price! I would recommend Uncle Bob's to anyone.
