Paid over $10,000 from 2011 for son to store possessions. He died in Feb and even though we paid rent, had death certificate, and Alabama next of kin notarized document were not allowed access but promised option to buy at public auction. Sale was private, not notified, cleaned in a rush even though corporate said we could buy it. Could not trust Shelia

LifeStorage made the rental process the easiest Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve seen. They promptly called to confirm my reservation, directed me online to complete the process so that I could check in without even visiting the office. I drove up to my unit, found it spotless and with a welcome back - including a lock for the unit - waiting inside. I appreciate this process very much, and look forward to being their customer!

I reserved my space on-line. When I got to the facility the customer service person was kind, courteous and explained all my options. Great over all experience.

Staff friendly. Price competitive. No availability of size unit needed. Narrow hallways. Did not see security cameras in unit. No access after 9 pm was a problem after an all day move. Staff friendly, but check-in was promised to be 15 minutes and took 45 minutes. No internet or email at facility.

Found Bobs last minute and they had climate controlled space available. Not bad prices, very clean place, climate controlled space is kept cool. Access limited to people with gate pass-code.

Applied and paid on line. Completed the transaction on site. Agent was very helpful and courteous.

When I first got there the lady was very rude and rushed me to look at the units that were available. The good thing though is that she did wave the administration fee.
