Friendly and helpful. Requiring a written review is annoying.

I'm getting emails from them saying that I'm getting my 1st late rental notice. And I just rented this unit #103 And I paid cash $42. For a $30. Unit because they said I had to pay for insurance. So they won't answer thier phones and I don't know what's going on with my storage unit.

Clean facility easy move in and securing the unit through the phone was so fast and convenient. The customer service representative was so helpful and knowledgeable.

It was a very smooth process from picking out the unit to getting documents and IDs submitted everything was taken care of over the phone the representative was very knowledgeable and helpful and patient

At this time, i would not recommend this facility because the unit that i rented was very filthy. it even had dirt in one corner by an opening.

Hi, This is my first time using a storage facility. I recently relocated to Atlanta for Birmingham and needed to store my 1 bedroom for an affordable price being that I wouldn't be working once arriving at my new destination. It is very affordable for the size unit and the manager at this location was very nice and helpful. I'm very happy that I decided to go with Industrial Mini Storage!!!!
