Boomer gave outstanding customer service, and the process was quick. Compared to other facilities in the downtown area, their pricing was the best. Very clean establishment.

This facility is close to BSC where my daughter goes to school. The fact that it is climate controlled and close to campus are a huge plus. The employees who work here are very friendly and helpful. A great experience so far.

Boomer was a great help, he showed patience with us, and his professionalism was outstanding. Like the building and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s location. Easy to get to storage rooms and the carts were a plus as well.

the grounds are well maintained and I rarely see any loose trash floating about. maybe a styrofoam cup or piece of paper that the wind got a hold of. Well lit after sunset. I haven't noticed in the year plus I've had a unit any "ne'er-do-wells" loitering in the area. And the place has robust gates plus the cameras and numerous flood lights. The I20 interstate rebuild project hasn't presented any difficulties accessing the place. The brains for that project and the detours etc. arranged for such a dynamic project score "outstanding" in my opinion. There is always at least one north-south street open for one to pass thru the construction. And the detour routed traffic on the nearby streets flows well and no gridlock. rush typical. And the prices at least for me moving from a unit in the highlands area to metro save $30 a month for a much larger unit that is clean and dry. My metro unit is an outside unit. The inside is clean and organized with a spacious office area and air conditioning is above satisfactory. Relatively new building/units. Boomer the current manager (aug2019) has always been friendly and courteous.

Great facility. Both managers were awesome. One helped us unload all my stuff and get it up and into my unit. Extremely helpful, made a huge difference for us!

Cleanliness is huge for me along with security. I feel very comfortable locking up my things at this facility. Also, you can't beat the price!

Staff is very helpful, facility is clean and we'll secured! Plenty of hand trucks and tools that made moving in so easy!

Facility is very clean, security cameras and codes throughout. As a single female, I feel totally safe accessing by myself. Also, provided carts and hand trucks that all worked wonderfully!

The manager was very friendly and helpful, it is very clean and secure.

Everything was exceptional and the staff went out of their way to give excellent customer service. The only hickup was my unit wasn't unlocked before the manager left for the day and it was my first time moving in and I had a moving company with me. I ended up calling him back(manager) and he brought the key to unlock it right away.
