Very clean and have good people

Everything was fast and easy as far as renting a storage unit. All the rules and regulations were explained and I think it was reasonably priced.

Friendly staff. If they didn't have what you need they will reach out to another facility in the Metro company to get what you need.

This was an easy and very personable experience. Great customer service and helpful.

Moved in on Tuesday and went back the next day (Wednesday) and the unit was leaking. The manager said that they would fix it. It has been raining today (Thursday) so do not know if it is fixed yet.

I feel like if I'm a long-standing customer I don't feel like you should have to pay those absorbent fees 2 get your storage back before it sold not going to be done with that at all

The gentleman who I checked in with was super friendly. Since I got a small unit he wanted to show me it first so I knew exactly what size I was getting. The process was super quick and easy.

I would recommend Metro! Cheapest prices in Birmingham, great service, and good size units.

The response to online reservation was really prompt and the person stated that he wanted to introduce himself and was there to make himself available if needed. Very nice touch would definitely recommend!!!

Checked in, very helpful pleasant manager. Fast, easy, efficient. Clean property and looks secure. Wish you were open later than 5:/0 and on Sunday, but that's the only negatives.
