The customer service is what really made my experience a good one. People over the phone and at the store were helpful and friendly.

Had a great experience signing up, as this was my first experience renting a storage unit.

Excellent customer service. Quick, easy, convenient. The only thing to keep in mind is that you have to select an insurance policy. Which will add to your monthly total.

Very helpful with storage unit

Staff was over-the-top nice and helpful. Facility itself is a bit close-quarters and not possible to pull a trailer through. Also do not like the fact that there is an opening at the top of each unit that animals could get through.

Reserving a storage space was easy and convenient. We reserved a space online and went to the office the next day to pay. The guy showed us our space before we paid and went over all instructions with us. He was very friendly and able to answer any of our questions.

Christina was so helpful with trying to help me find the space I needed for my bikes and books the 4x4 will be perfect! Your such a sweetie!

I have a storage unit at the Huffman location but I stopped by the location in Southside to see if I owed anything and the woman working, Cristina was very courteous and helpful! I would rather deal with her than other employees bc she does everything she could to help me both times I have been to see her! Thanks for all your help Cristina!

Everything went smoothly and continues to go smoothly. Good access. It's close to home right down in the middle of the city. Very reasonable rent, especially considering the great location for people living in downtown Birmingham.

I recommend the Public Storage facility in Highland Park, Birmingham. It is conveniently located, the staff are very helpful and there seems to be adequate security for my needs. The location in a former multilevel parking garage presents some issues with getting big trucks in and loading/unloading without blocking access. They recently had to take out some of the lighting so the units are a little dark.

This is a good storage place. I believe they are not upfront about the insurance. They tell you that you have to have it but you don't if you have homeowners insurance. They don't tell you that. I feel that the insurance borders on being a scam to collect more money
