Nicole in the office was first class, professional and courteous.

The light bulb was broken but she gave me another one… and the unit was a bit dirty but overall the experience was great!

This facility is a great location. The staff was very professional

Cristina was great. She showed me the unit to be sure it would work for me. She also helped me get the app going to work the gate.

The staff is very friendly. The location is incredibly convenient and seems secure. The price was good. The whole process was incredibly easy.

I've only been moved into my unit for a week. Not alot of interaction with the on-site mgr, but I've only heard good things so far from the other 2 ladies I have worked with in getting my unit so far.

Everything I needed and expected from a storage facility.

Making a reservation was quick, easy, and convenient! I found a unit i wanted at a GREAT price, made a reservation, and within 20 minutes the office manager called me personally to finish the reservation process. I was able to complete the process on site that day. The office manager Ashley was great; very professional and sweet!

It was a fairly seamless process. Very kind, efficient lady signed us up and explained how everything worked. A couple of surprises when we discovered we had to purchase the lock made to fit the unit door and then had an insurance fee added to the monthly cost of the unit, but there were options for the amount of coverage, so we can live with that.

I would recommend this company and especially this location. Quality service provided

This location is clean and the staff is extremely professional.

The agent was kind and explained everything to me about the policy and fees. On the website when your register. It shows you how what is due far as payment however it's doesn't give you the details about the extra fee that are involved. For example, you have to have insurance, you have to rent the lock, payment is due at the beginning of the month and late fees are involved if it is not paid by the 6th or 7 the of the month.I didn't have a terrible experience I just wish they explain it on the website because it was kind of misleading when you go in person. That way at you know what expect
