Friendly staff support when having to get a larger unit than initially reserved. Facility is close to apartments rented and easy access. Free lock is a big benefit.

Location is perfect for me and right off the interstate. Jenise was so helpful in making sure I got the right size storage. The property is well light and the hours are great.

My first step in considering renting space from Public Storage was to stop by the office and talk to the person there. She was very helpful. Nice and also business-like. Answered my questions and gave me further pertinent info, then recommend that I go online for the best pricing. The online experience was very clear and smooth. Reserved what I wanted then went back the next day to finish the process in person and moved some of my things in at that time. So far, I have no complaints at all and am very happy that I went to Public Storage.

So, I was thinking that going to obtain a storage for the first time wasn't a big issue. Boy was I wrong! From the minute I walked in the door, I was greeted and serviced as if I was going to buy a car! The customer service was awesome, I was shown the unit and decided it was the best location for my needs. The representative immediately dialed up another location and told her to expect me to come there. All of my information was transferred and by the time I walked in the door at the other location, she called me by name! The location was perfect. She showed me the unit and gave me more than enough information regarding it. The whole experience was above what I expected and I can honestly say that Public Storage get's FIVE stars!! in my book. I appreciate the friendly people you hire, as that had made all the difference! I will pass the word on!
