I visited this property not knowing anything about the storage facility or the process of obtaining one. When going in I had a lot on my mind. Mrs.Kelsie read my face and made my day. She asked a few simple questions and before you knew it we were touring the area and I was purchasing a lock for my unit. She made me feel safe with my decision to choose public storage.
