The spsrefoot facility had called me several times to give me information on how they work.

Easy to work with and very clean and secure.

It was very easy and convenient to reserve the unit! Francesco did a great job in helping me find and reserve the unit! The customer service that Ami provided at Public Service was very professional and courteous!

Need to make sure unit has lighting inside, may not be able to replace bulb yourself, due to height.

The space is very spacious for my belongings.

They worked with me to get the right size storage unit. When the first one didn't have what I needed they found me what I needed and wasn't far from the original place. I highly recommend them

Your representive was attentive to my needs. He took his time asking questions about me needs. He also gave me the code,and paperwork regarding my unit. I moved in the same day.

Jaydell was great . She was very courteous, and gave me lots of information. The property was well kept.

Reps where very nice and informative, even let a us charge our phone and move in a day earlier than our reservation!

I went in the store to get some prices on storage units and the lady that worked there i believe her name was Cristina was extremely helpful in finding something to fit my needs and very courteous considering that i am not an easy customer. She even showed me a 5x5 to see if it would fit my table and chairs.i will be going back to this location to deal with her directly and to rent my unit from her when i move next month. I would recommend this public storage location over other storage rentel places i have been to in the past simply because of the customer service.

I went in this past Saturday to check on a few things and to get some items out of my unit. While I was there, I had a few questions and needed some assistance. Racheal was amazing! She was positive and eager to assist me and answered all of the questions I had. She is a great representative of the company and displayed excellent customer service!!!
