This the second time I have rented from Public Storage. I have dealt with Jackie @ Hoover, Al location on Hwy 150 on both instances. Jackie is efficient, pleasant & informative. The facilities are clean & well kept. The reason I didn't rate your company five stars is 1) cost and 2) requiring me to purchase insurance on my contents. That should be my choice.

Actually have 2 storage units at this facility. I love the easy access and security of being gated with security code access. Jackie assisted me with getting my second unit recently and she was very thorough and professional. I love great customer service!

From the moment I walked in the door, Jackie was very helpful and kind. She gave me undivided attention, helped me choose the size unit that would fit me needs, showed me the space and the property, and set me up. She met all of my needs. The unit is super clean. Te office is tidy and clean. The property is well maintained. She applied all available discounts for me. I am so glad I came into this location. If you're looking for self storage this is the place to go!
