Smooth, professional, friendly, thorough, and welcoming. Easy to reserve a unit online and then show up in person to do the admin stuff. I was in a hurry and couldn't go look at the unit at the time I was there, but I was given all the details regarding entry, hours, location, etc. When I came back later in the day to drop off, it was as if I had been there before. Highly recommend!

I researched and reserved online. When I arrived at the office Jason Schniper (sp) greeted me. He was professional, yet friendly. His service was exceptional. The facility is clean, neat, easy to access. This is the third or fourth storage facility I have used in the last 17 years, and this experience with Metro has been the best by Far!

We were met by an awesome young man who directed us to the carts, timer controls for the lights and our unit. He also offered us nice cold bottles of water!
