Crossville Mini Storage

I really like these units they are huge.

I gave this outfit a 0 out 20, the gate system is a joke open 90% of the time, poor management even with video they never did a dam thing to find out who stole from my locker. The police told me they have numerous break ins at the storage facility DO NOT LEAVE YOUR STUFF IN THEIR LOCKERS

Most of all the best thing you have is the lady in the office !

I had no problems with anyone here at this facility. I was able to reach them when needed. I cleaned out the first unit with no problems and a couple of months later we cleaned out the other with no problems. They were kind and considerate and I was able to leave the U-haul truck at their facility which was a BIG RELIEF. Thank you to all who made our move to our new home a success.

Very simple move everything was perfect

Poor security obviously, very upset of a storage facility that claims to be secure.

Looks like a pretty good place. Concerned about the safety of storage items as the gate does not work. While there I observed an old pickup cruising around storage units. Doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t seem to be a secure place. No one in office or on site.

we moved out of the unit before the payment was do cleaned and removed the lock. Then charged for that month and the next when trying to speak to the manager sam. The only thing made clear is he is quite the ass and a poor vision of the company. He was not interested in resolving this hanging up and not listening i would never refer them to anyone and no matter what is replied nothing will satisfy us except his termination of a job.

Units were clean storage place was easy to find very satisfied

So far all is very satisfactory.

It's a good place but I feel I'm paying to much for the unit D-2 that I got when it say's a 10/5 is $30.00a month and I'm paying 45.00 a month so what's up with that just asking

Called around to several storage units and they was the cheapest and most friendliest, they was not rude.

I have had stuff in storage for over a year now and have had no issues.

Very friendly people and polite

It is cleaned up easy to make payments and you can even ahold of someone if you need them. You can even get a uhaul if you want to now.
