Well kept and is in a great location, also offers great prices. The receptionist is very friendly and always answers the phone when you call. I would recommend Tellus Storage to anyone in need for a storage unit.

They called me on time and even though i was hard to deal with because i wouldnt answer and wouldnt make up my mind she was very nice to me the whole time and was able to have me a place to put my car when i was suddenly rushed to have it towed somewhere. I mean it was great communication from them and the price was fairly cheap. Im very satisfied with my experience.

As I'm busy I like to handle things via email/phone and Ruth went above and beyond to accommodate me. When I "moved in" the unit was not according to the specifications I had reserved online but Ruth fixed it immediately. A great experience.

It's easy to get into and easy to access all your stuff! The only thing I didn't like is someone is using their unit as a place to work on cars.

We had a small issue with paperwork, but it as easily handled with no problem. It was a real smooth move.

The customer service was extremely nice. The lady at the front desk went out of her way to assit me. The only negative was the door to my exterior unit. It sometimes gets jamed and doesn't work as well as others.
