Azalea Avenue Self Storage

We have rented from Azalea Storage for 15 years consistently. We've used them for rental trucks for 10 years. Never had a problem until this past year. The property manager has gone out of her way, IN EVERY WAY, to make us feel our items are AT RISK OF THEFT further stating the STORAGE FACILITY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for unit thefts. AT THE SAME TIME, the property manager HAS A HIGH SCHOOL BAND and public events INVITING MANY NON-TENANTS on property grounds putting ALL our possessions at GREATER RISK. Extremely displeased.

From check in to check out the staff was top notch. The facility was clean and I often saw the manager in the yard working hard to keep up the grounds. The building were clean and well maintained. Thanks for the great service.

Entire place is clean and the people know their job. They get you in and out fast so you can get moving!

The folks at Azalea Storage were competent and professional. They met all my needs.

We were charged the prorated month of June (17 days) based on the full price of the unit ($184). I brought this to the attention of the office personnel and they stated that the discount was only good for 3 months. They asked me how long we planned on renting the unit and I told them at least a year or two. So instead of giving us the prorated price at the discount price she told me that she would give us the discount for 12 months if that was ok. I agreed to it, but was not told by Sparefoot that the discount was only good for 3 months.

I have used several storage buildings in the past several years, and this one is the cleanest facility with the best staff that I've run into.

They're real clean and the owners are real helpful and good people.

My wife and I are in the process of relocating from MS. to the Gulf Shores area. Both of us were doing research on line trying to find the best deal on a storage room. My wife located this place (which was much more expensive than Many others) so she reserved it.. In the mean time, I located one at Extra Space Storage that was half the price of Azalea storage. When I called to explain to the folks at Azalea, the old man that runs the place told me that he had already charged my credit card and would not talk about a refund.. He would not even give me a name or contact number to Anyone I could talk to.. This storage facility is Over priced and the people that run it should have retired YEARS AGO...

Very helpful, great people, excellent service, and I feel my belongings are very safe there

I'm impressed the owners live on the premises. They are very friendly and helpful. My only regret is that I didn't figure that I needed a slightly larger unit in the beginning.

Service was great and units are clean and easy to find.
