I dreaded even putting this whole “moving storage” business in motion, but it ended up being very smooth. Our movers were great and Dani made the rental process easy.

The unit I got has vary poor lighting the ceiling has stuff flaking off it looks to be due water damage it also has stuff that looks like grease or water coming up from the floor

Clean and good price, the gate is narrow compared to other storage facilities I have used in the past.

Very helpful staff-initial process was take. Care of quickly. Storage space was very clean and in excellent condition.

I had two storage units in this facility. They increased the price on both of them within about six months. I turned in my smaller unit and kept the bigger climate-controlled unit. They increased the price of it again by $24. Two price increases in one year. I will be turning in my second unit shortly. Not fair to customers with longevity. Would not recommend.

There are plenty of storage places around gulf Shores. This one is excellent! We had an easy and happy experience with the staff and the unit is easy to access and was clean. The bolt was a bit sticky and Kenny had it greased and smooth before we even finished signing the papers.

Easy to,rent and good service. Just opens office a little later than Imwould like.

Very nice helpful and courteous

As I was preparing for my family to move, I not only needed ahaul service but a quick convenient was to reserve a storage unit from over 300 miles away. Just a few blocks on the website and you are booked and a representative calls to confirm your reservation. Once arriving (on a Sunday) the process was quick and simple. The units are in a gated area and have 24/7 security monitoring. It was a very good hassle free experience.

So far so good. Simple move in process.
