Really helpful people on the phone to help me get this storage unit was ready for me when I got there and we got it handled and moved our stuff in it that day!

Would not recommend ever. They do not do what they say. The owner is very rude and hard to deal with. When something gets damaged they say they will help but constantly find reasons why they cant help you. Most of our belongings were ruined because of rat infestations and the facility did nothing to solve it. No discount or refund of any type of help. The rats are terrible and a massive problem at this place. The lot to actually get to your unit is pitiful. Always stuff laying in the way or covered in mud. Some of the units flood and again. No help from the facility. Run from this place!

Easy to rent. Had a few items left from previous tenant.

Easy access. Could use more outside lighting. Great deal for the price.

Great facility for someone that is needing some space for cheaper price.

Was able to meet me in Huntsville to make arrangements for rental of storage unit. Sam was very nice, and courteous. Very impressed I didn't have to drive to Arab al. the back to Huntsville al.
