I have used Life storage before, thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s why I came back when I needed storage again. The staff is not the same but the customer service with Jack is still just great. The space was clean when I moved in and ready to be used.

The lady at the front desk was very professional and curtious.She even went and put my lock on my storage.I would recommend anyone that needs a storage to patronize with them

I reserved it online and went by to sign paperwork. Staff was super nice and love in was very easy!!

Was excited about the price,,until I found out a mandatory insurance is required and the price jumped by at least $12. Also, not happy with the 2-3 potholes in the pavement from the entrance to unit R120.

Great facility, great customer service .clean and very secure

Dave helped me reserve a climate controlled storage unit, sold me moving supplies, and took me to see the unit. When I saw it I realized it was too small. It was closing time, but he didn't hesitate to show me a larger unit. Then he stayed late to redo the paperwork for the larger unit. He was so gracious and extremely helpful. I will definitely recommend LifeStorage to others.

Pretty cheap. Friendly staff. Some of the units are in a separate site with no physical presence of staff.

She provided me with great details on all of my options as well as instruction on where to go and how to get it. The entire process was completed effortlessly. The location is surprisingly easy to access off the Parkway. It has 24 hour access and the units are relatively clean. There are lots of accessories to buy if you forget anything in the main office too.

lots of security at the office. Didn't see many cameras on the compound just the code accessible gate. Feel there should be more security.
