About North Parkway Mini Storage
Largest storage facility in Northern Alabama that is family owned and operated by a veteran. We are just before Bob Wade Road (Meridianville) next to the newly constructed Food Lion grocery store. We are also a UHaul Truck and Trailer rental dealer and can assist with reservations or dropping off equipment. Stop in our office for moving and packing supplies. You are also welcomed to stop in with questions on storage and moving - we are here to help 7 days a week.

I reserved a unit online, drove there and it took no time to get my storage unit. The staff was professional and efficient. I was giving clear easy instructions to get to my unit and into the gate. No problems! I am very pleased with the whole experience!

On the day that I was scheduled to move into the facility, I was told that I did not have a reservation. Mind you, I received three confirmation emails, including one the day off. Even with my reservation code, they could not find it. I was on my way in from another state and had movers en route to the storage facility, but no one had any answers or solutions for me. I had to have a friend of mine reserve the unit in his name. Was a little frustrating, but such is the moving process!

They did not honor the quoted price for the unit. They stated that there was a price increase on January 1 even though i reserved the unit prior to the 1st of the month. It was only a 6 dollar increase but i should have received the quoted price. Overall it is still a decent price compared to others in the area for the same size unit.
