I priced storage all over Huntsville! 1) They answered the phone! 2) They were actually on site! and 3) PRICE was the best!

Easy process, clean unit, wonderful customer service

Robin, the CSR, was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the terms, fees, etc. She made the process quick and effortless. She is very friendly and likeable. The only issue, the light bulb is out so I am unable to see inside where I need to put/find things. It is in a location I am unable to change it.

Very pleasant staff and clean and secure facility. I am not thrilled with all the hidden charges and supposed reservation system, which isn't really a reservation at all.

THIS IS THE BEST STORAGE UNITS TO GO TO. MRS ROBIN IS GREAT, SHE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND SHE IS ALWAYS WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU. THE LOT IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND WELL GUARDED. THE PRICES ARE A LITTLE HIGHER THAN SOME OTHER PLACES BUT IT IS WELL WORTH IT TO KNOW YOUR BELONGINGS ARE SAFE AND SECURE. THIS ONE IN PARTICULARE IS IN A GREAT LOCATION AND IT IS VERY EASY TO ACCESS. THE BEST PART ABOUT THIS STORAGE UNIT IS MRS ROBIN. SHE IS ALWAYS VERY WELCOMING AND SHE HAS THE BEST STORIES.

Very helpful and friendly, even though I came 10 minutes before closing. Employee Tyler helped assure that my space was big enough, and that I was satisfied with what I had gotten. Some of the best customer care I've seen at any business not just storage. I'd recommend public storage (specifically drake avenue) for all your storing needs.

Robin is super friendly and very helpful. The establishment is very clean near kept. Prices are fair for the amount of space. I would recommend this facility to a friend or family member for their storage needs.

I LOVE USING THERE STORAGE UNITS, I LOVE THAT THEY ARE SECURED THE WAY THEY ARE AND I LOVE MRS ROBYN. THE GROUNDS ARE ALWAYS WELL KEPT. THE UNITS ARE ALWAYS VERY CLEAN. Your staff was very helpful. The only thing I didnt like was that you advertised a 1.00 move in hand it ended up costing 58 dollars. I was not thrilled as I felt it was false advertising.
