The unit was a little dirty. As if it had been left open. Leaves and spring debris. We are hopeful this is not the norm for the rental for outside stuff to come inside. Keep you posted

I've never rented a storage unit; however, my daughter's college is almost five hours away. So, we decided to find a storage unit to store some items in Huntsville and take back only the essentials. Eddie, the service manager, was very kind, patient, knowledgeable, and just an all around great guy. He was just as nice in person, as he was on the phone. He explained every charge and helped make our first time experience a positive one. We are forever appreciative to Eddie and Storage Sense.
