Sherrie was extremely helpful. I appreciated her patience and professionalism. She was able to answer all questions and fully explain fees, insurance and lock requirements. But when she advised me on the how I can avoid scraping the bottom of my car while driving through the lot was PRICELESS.

I used public storage before and I was satisfied with them, so I decided to use them again .I made reservations over the phone and receiveda call minutes later to confirm it. I went in and the receptionists Nyrie explained everything I needed to know made sure I got insurance on my storage.She was pleasant and helped me. This is my storage.
