Pros - We moved from another storage facility for several reasons, one being the lack of local support. We appreciate being able to interact with with local personnel. Facility is convenient, clean and does not smell musty. There was a price difference from the listing on SpareFoot and the local office but the lower price was honored. The move in package provided was a very nice surprise. Cons - Unit is not a full 5x10 as advertised. Lights in the hallway, outside unit did not work.
