I had an appointment scheduled and was no showed by a near by facility. So when I came to Maxwell I had no appointment I was just searching for storage. NaTasha was beyond accommodating. She made sure I got the best deal possible and got me in and out very quickly. She was Very professional and I couldn't be happier with the entire process.

Facility Manager used to be very professional & courteous. When I elected to find another Facility and moved all my stuff out, the Facility Manager started insinuating that I had "Unpaid Deposits Due & Just Was Very, Very Rude with her accusations... The Facilities are understaffed and hardly never available for in-person business transaction!!! There's addition penalties if you chose to make your payments in person and the new rental rates are almost double what they used to be and you get less service!!! I definitely would not recommend this facility to anyone with a disability or senior citizen...

I just couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have a better experience than Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had at Maxwell Self Storage, Montgomery, Alabama. I guess Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been lucky to have it so convenient. This elder, disabled veteran surely has appreciated the friendly professional service, the gated security, and the variety of the available units. Everything about this place is well maintained. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m moving away but I know where to come back if needed in the future. I will miss my unit.
