If you’re confused it’s nobody to reach they don’t answer the phone , also was promised a lock that I didn’t receive so had to buy my own.

I found this unit online. I was moving my daughter out her college dorm (Alabama State University) for the summer and needed a storage unit so I wouldn’t have to transport everything back home (which is 9 hours away) I asked if I could do the paperwork once I arrived cause I was having trouble login and they said yes. That wasn’t possible cause they do everything over the phone or online, which I wasn’t aware of. I was given one price and once I was there and ready to move everything in the price changed, even though I had made my reservation. It was like a $10 difference but at that point I had no choice. I’m not from there, had already checked her out the dorm and had a loaded truck. Once everything was done over the phone, everything went smoothly. I just wanted better communication!!!!

Storage unit was clean and it even came with a lock, which was great because I forgot to get one before I got to the storage facility. I really appreciate the 24 hr. access
