Clean with enough space. I would recommend renting storage here to friends. Customer service done a excellent job of explain all the details for before after rental. Everything is designed for the customer and is user friendly. Thanks for an excellent job.

When we entered the storage unit there was a soiled box stuck to the floor. I called the facility they said they would have it removed the following day. My drive is over 40mins, it would be difficult for me to travel back and forth to put our lock on the facility. I’m very disappointed in the cleanliness of the facility

Overall my experience was good. It was only one guy working so things were going slow because he was the only person working & had to assist 3 customers. The storage that I had reserved they didn't have anymore. I was about to panic & say that I had the storage reserved for two week but they offered me a deal they gave me a bigger storage (the one that I wanted, what a Coincidence) for the same price. And gave me a discount. I was ecstatic about it. Overall I had a good experience
